After working for over a decade in Dubai’s hotel industry and spending many years in management at Pizza Hut, the owner of Tandoori Time set out to start his own restaurant business. His goal was to do things differently from the traditional way restaurants are run.
By combining the expertise he gained at Pizza Hut with the management techniques of the hotel industry, he developed a system that allowed the food preparation process to be automated—while maintaining the same great taste. This approach has ensured consistency and quality for over 29 years and counting.
